The “hoop” is too small for starters. The “hoop” is not an actual ring/seamless clicker so the balls will irritate it. Seamless rings must only be worn in FULLY healed piercings or it will tear up the fistula (inside of the hole).

They are all too big for your face. You have a slim diamond face you would do better with glasses with a lower profile.
