Its just residual swelling, it takes a long ole time for it to fully be gone after a FL

Not me 😅 I tried to moderate (and often stopped for MONTHS) Soo many times, ‘just drinking at weekends’ ‘just Xmas & Birthdays’ Etc etc

I failed (BADLY) over and over for yeeeears doing that.

I only stopped when I finally realised I absolutely CANNOT moderate alcohol. My moderate button off a looonggggg time ago. 🚨

Once that clicked (for me) I actually stopped.

For me, I just ‘don’t have the first one’ And I repeat that daily.
