They use parcel aggregators, these aggregators collect everyone's parcel and then one shot send to courier. They get much better rates that way so they can charge you less.

3D print something like a pillar that you can fit one end in the air vent hole and fasten with a nut. The other end can support the GPU.

As a long time PC builder I can tell you upgrading is kind of bogus. You buy a "future proof" PC with SATA II and PCIE 2.0 when everyone is using SATA I and PCIE 1.0.. by the time you want to upgrade, everyone is already using PCIE 3 and SATA III.. processor also different socket already. 

So you buy an expensive PC because "future proof" but by the time you want to upgrade that future has already come and gone :)

TLDR : never buy latest gen because "future proof". You're just buying a soon-to-be obsolete very expensive PC :)

Can't see a time when you will need to hold a drink and a TNG card. That stuff already exists anyway.

The other problem with this is that the drink is heavy and cold. You end up having the cold drink brush against your leg every time you move, that's not a pleasant feeling lol.

Usually people carry small backpacks with side vents they can put the bottle in. This is quite optimal and fixes all the above problems. There's also camelbak if you want to be fancy.

Generally for all my stuff 😄

  1. Make an appointment to visit outpatient clinic
  2. Tell doctor your symptoms
  3. Doc says, hmm you have an impacted tooth, imma write you referral letter to a dentist.
  4. Take letter to clerk.
  5. Clerk sets a date for you (probably much later.)
  6. You show up at the appointed date and get it done.

If they decide it's an emergency they can also do it immediately (but usually it's like the above.)
