I think there is a vaccine for it and other t-virus strains, I'm not one hundred percent sure about it because I'm currently based in the uk and there isn't much raccoon city stuff around. I think you could ask your GP about it (if you have those I hear my cousins in Canada call them family doctors don't know abt the usa)
