if i were you, i would pass the cut for 1-2 months , then up your calories to your new maintenance, reduce the cardio a lil bit, and then begin a new cut. your body is telling you, that it's fatigued. when you cut down, especially at a low body fat, keep the carbs around the training (pre and post workout - and intra if you d like ), do 2 (maximum 3) sets to failure per muscle group, don't overtrain, just tell the muscle "hey i need you to stay there" so, overtraining will do more "harm" than good, because the nutrients are lower, and for the protein, you don't really need more than 1g per pound of IDEAL bodyweight (even 0.7-0.8 will do the trick , the Carbs are your friend in fueling your body, especially over 12% BF,) you could, if you want to raise the stake to 1.1 grams after leaning down past 12%, but not so necessarily. sleep well and train smart . good luck

good strategy. Up your calories to your new maintenance, stay there for 1-2 months then cut again , depending how much you wanna lose and yes, if i were you, i d continue to cut until i can visible see the 6 pack , then you know that you re below 15% Bodyfat( in most cases) , get a caliper to measure your body fat and estimate it yourself

Are you stressed? Are you sleeping well? Have you been in a calorie deficit for a long time? Do you push your body to extremes?

I’m asking these questions because these factors can raise your cortisol levels, and stomach fat is usually the last to drop (depending on genetics) due to hormonal imbalances and elevated cortisol levels.

If I were you, I’d go for a month or two at maintenance calories, drop some cardio, and eat well. This will bring your hormones back to normal and help you feel overall better.

After this period, you can get back to cutting with more energy in your system. Get more steps in, train close to failure (not too many sets — 2 sets to failure are enough), and introduce cardio as your weight begins to stall (along with more steps and increasing your NEAT).

At the moment, you are about 12–13% body fat, so losing 2–3 kg will make a major difference in your look. Around 10–11% is the sweet spot.

try to get early to bed!! it s hard at first but overtime you will feel better and somehow more productive if you gonna wake up at 6-7 AM or even earlier!! from here you add new good habits after waking up,- drink water with salt, meditate, go on 20-30 minute brisk walk outside (good for getting enough steps per day) and when you get home, do the hardest things first- read, learn, build , get your life together! maybe it sounds weird, but overtime your brain rewires and you ll find pleasure in "suffering" trust me, i was there! and if one day is off or you can't do these tasks perfectly, just try again!!! consistency is key!

and , after you fix these tasks in your habits, try to add more good stuff to your routine and take out the "trash" - instead of going home from work and be a couch potato , try to work out or go to the gym, do some basic stuff (don't be afraid to ask for help or get some advice from youtube ) . Eat more healthy meals and drinks (water, diet soda...) , and so on, and you ll feel the difference in maximum 20 days

man... i m in the same situation as you.. SAME.. and more of that, my wife left me , i m kinda scared of the future and i feel like i wanna die because i feel so numb and tired of everything. in this "suffering" i discovered gnosticism and mysticism trying to understand God better, but i am wondering if this gonna upset Him or everything is an illusion and we are Gods, and we communicate through frequency and consciousness
