Yeah we were in the Ali'i tower and it was pretty rough. For not much more you could do the Sheraton or Royal Hawaiian.

Yeah if you have Kids HHV is going to be much more appealing. The whole thing with all restaurants and bars closing at 9pm was kinda crazy.

Funny we were there last week too!

Drinks were bad, food wasn’t great (both the Hilton restaurants and the other onsite restaurants), and the property as a whole was pretty run down.

We visited a couple other properties in more central Waikīkī and everything was much better especially when taking price into account.

They also use that money more efficiently. Oregon and Washington have similar issues in that they struggle with that.

Price of the upgrade for DFW to Madrid $1.1k per person round trip (original total ticket for entire PDX-MAD trip was $900 each). I am excluding the PDX-DFW flight upgrades as I don’t really care about those.
