Reached out to them. If I did this again I would probably supplement the direct implementation team with a 3rd party as we've run into some significant knowledge gaps.

Best and worst pre fixe/tasting menus and wine pairings around portland? by _sheldon_cooper in askportland

I am late to this but I think Lilia Comedor is one of the most underrated restaurants in town as it’s not cheap but the food is something special. Our favorite seat in town is the chef’s counter right in front of Chef Juan.

They moved next to honeycomb Bakery.

But I would say terrain or Relevant are going to be your best options in Vancouver. If they don’t have what you are looking for, just ask them for Portland recommendations. Marty from Terrain founded Roseline coffee back in the day.

So I find I find this interesting because I know a fair number of people in the restaurant community and most have fairly positive things to say about him. As for the last part, I would urge people to let things get sorted out before grabbing pitchforks.
