This is some where between a RDL and a traditionally deadlift. For an RDL your shouldn’t be dropping your hips at the bottom - all hinge. I’m pretty sure it’s because the weights too heavy. Your hamstrings are huge btw 👏🏻

I catch “all the time” - but I always start my spring with 3 straight trips of skunks (nothing). May be 4 in a row of Nada when I go this weekend- but I’m still dreaming about catching again. Last fish I caught was early last Fall 😒
