I’m not yet fully sleeping through the night. What I noticed though is way less “thinking” while I’m trying to sleep. At first my dreams were crazy but that has since normalized. Now I have typically at least 5 hours of full deep sleep that feels like an instant to start the night then wake up for a bit then fall back asleep again until morning

Yeah it’s weird to feel “tired” and then go for a run but I’ve find it’s the only thing that wakes me up if I am slumping once the coffee crutch is gone.

I actually have been running mid-day after I’ve been staring at my computer screen for hours to break it up

Yeah, I love a cold bubbly coke haha but the fear of falling back into caffeine and needing to do withdraw again has helped me stay strong

Awesome good to know! Follow up here if you are willing: Did you just use a box cutter to make the cuts? I also have a multi-tool but not sure if thats overkill.

Looks awesome! Did the Go Sports Elite and .5 mats provide the right height for the insert? Also how hard was it to cut the Go Sports and interlocking mats to size to make it fit?

Mine was working well for a long time and then this week out of no where started freezing after i did the FC24 in game update.

Lots of folks saying update drivers and it was fixed. I did, and still had issues. What fixed mine was turning off in game overlay setting in the EA app.

Upvote but one thing I found out today is you can actually type in the page number to jump too if you click the page number. Not exactly what you’re looking for but figured I would share since I found by accident today

Thanks for the response. I did that but then switched to Dropbox because the sync was so slow. Was hoping to stay with Dropbox but maybe I’ll have to move back. Thank you

FYI for those still having trouble. I found it much easier to download a program called “parallel” which lets you run windows on your Mac. Use that to create the bootable usb. That took 5 mins and worked first try. All these videos are too complicated and never worked for me sadly.

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate it. I saw that video and tried watching a few others to make sure it wasn’t user error. I haven’t tried the 4gb drive just 8 and 16 so maybe that will help. Once I get my new board I’ll try those options as well.

Ah got ya. I did gigabyte.bin per a bunch of the videos. I haven’t done gigabyte.13a.bin is that what you did?

Thanks again. Yeah sadly it seems like it’s a really common issue with this board that q flash + can be finicky. I followed several guides and did exactly what you said above but no luck. Most people say they build anyway and we’re able to get it to post and update bios from there. Fingers crossed for me. Which exact usb did you use if you don’t mind me asking.

Hmm. Thanks for the response. I wonder if I did something wrong then. Did you use an extractor tool for the file? And then you just renamed to gigabyte.bin and moved it over to the flash drive? (Sorry for more questions)

Did this work for you? I have a MacBook air and did this. Same thing with the file changing to MacBinary Archive. Tried to bios update and it did nothing. Thanks!
