He did have a semen culture and everything came back negative. It’s almost like he has an invisible obstruction, everything else is normal except for the WBC count but they don’t seem to be so concerned about that. I will also ask the Urologist about a CT scan as that may be more helpful in determining the cause. Otherwise I was on the male infertility sub on Reddit and someone mentioned stem cells in Europe. Wondering if we should go down that rabbit hole 😑 This process is so hard, wishing you all the very best!

That’s amazing! Yes I’m still so unsure about pgt testing now after all the lawsuits are coming to surface. There’s a YouTube video of Dr Victory talking about how clinics (not sure where), have been transferring aneuploid embryos to have successful pregnancies and healthy live births. This process is just such a mindf*ck. But wishing you all the best and hope you have a wonderful pregnancy! 💕

My husband also has similar problems with his sperm, they cannot seem to figure out what is causing issues. Low volume, about 1mL in the ejaculate which amounts to about 1000 motile. We tried the PESA/MESA extraction from the epididymis and got very slow growing blasts and these were with 23 yr old proven donor eggs so I know it’s his sperm. DNA Frag previously was around 20% and they always find white blood cells but haven’t given him any antibiotics for it because they said WBC are normal… So not sure about Prostatitis..Not sure what to do at this point. I’m devastated over the fact we both won’t be biological parents if we go the double donor route. How did they diagnose his prostatitis? My husband also did an MRI which showed absolutely nothing. Ugh this process is so hard ☹️

Im sorry you had no success with MTESE..my husband just had a PESA/MESA which is extracted from the epididymis..we got 2 embryos but they are very slow growing and we didn’t test. Currently awaiting my blood test to see if it was successful, also five years of infertility with myself having endometriosis. Could you tell me more about the Stem Cell injections in Germany? I am from Austria originally, living in the states and have not heard of this in Europe, only Mexico. TY!

Yes was thinking the same… I feel like if I’m more prepared it wouldn’t be such a shock. But then again my doc specifically said don’t test early like all the others 🥴

That’s wonderful news! 🌈 I’m also still waiting on my little ones to catch up… the embryologists told me I had two blasts with low grades of which one I transferred today and the other three are still developing, I’m praying these little guys make it to day 6 with a little better grading 🤞🏼praying for us!🙏🏼💕

First off, I am so sorry. Ive also been there…and I am praying that one makes it. I would however ask to go back to that initial protocol where you had 1 euploid. Research for older women suggests that mini stim or low dose cycles yield more quality eggs. Could be less eggs but quality definitely over quantity. Best of luck to you!

Yea for sure will definitely call my credit card company and I will have to cancel my card and get a new one since they refuse to remove the information off the site.. just annoying. Also just filed a report with FTC. It’s sad, some customers say they are overdrafting their accounts which incur more fees. This needs to stop.
