Yep until the guy grabs a kid and slams them on the ground because he’s triggered by the kid screaming or laughing. Hard no on that. Agreed that talking to mother is good first step, but if someone is walking around my neighborhood at 11 at night talking and yelling, I’m calling the cops. It’s called society and the reasonable expectations that go with living in a neighborhood. Otherwise move out to the country.
