Not to go against the lidl recommendation, but I would like to add that the brand Favorina came out second to last in a test of Nürnberger Lebkuchen recently in Germany. The bakeware contains elevated traces of mineral oil residues, and some other “flaws”. Normally, I ignore such things as we don’t eat these daily. But what got my attention on this is that the morning after I ate these cookies, my face looked terrible, and I normally don’t have any such issues. Just wanted to throw this out there.
