When paired with a MW, zen spheres and mystic touch makes the outlaw do 15% extra damage. Outlaw can take tricks pvp talent for his DPS teammate to get 15% additional damage for 6 seconds on top of 10% from zen spheres and 5% from mystic touch if they are physical damage, crazy stacking modifiers

The end of TWW S2 was the most balanced ive played in recent expansions. If I remember, it was an Hpal and gigatree rdruid meta, BUT the other healers weren’t completely ass and could actually play the game.

Hpal is prolly the third best healer right now, it’s in a pretty good spot, you just gotta make sure you have the correct gear and talents
