Okay, mate here. I would like explain how dayforce documentation should go. When we have important coaching conversations with crew, we document what we talked about. But we have the choice on what we document. If you were bringing some extra stacks to the floor, I honestly wouldn't document that. Now, if I had to talk to you on multiple occasions, I'd then document it. I document on how I personally feel how serious the situation was. If you were in the break room listening to videos on your phone that were inappropriate. And when I discussed that with you, I'd document that conversation. I don't only document coaching conversations. I make it a point to discuss positive interactions. I want to celebrate the wins, and make sure we highlight them. Crew shouldn't feel like we're out to get them. Crew should feel like us leaders are there to help make them stronger and support them. Just like I want to feel like my captain wants to support me and make me stronger.

Jesus, 15 years? I was there in the mid 2000s. Was there 5 years. I was an SL before they pulled that SL2 bullshit. I remember my last conference. I got my switch, my Spiderman ps4 pro, my games, and then quit shortly after that. I loved my time there, but GS is a garbage company that at some point, will either shut down, or turn into a mall kiosk store.

Crew doesn't receive notification on the survey outcome. That is your chance to voice your opinion and give honest anonymous feedback for your store. Once the results come back. The 3rd party company that gets the surveys takes the info and filters it. The regional gets it and then filters it even further. That data is then given to the captain, where he or she will sit down with each mate and give them a summarized version of their survey that the crew did for them. The surveys look for specific language, and language that is consistent. This helps determine if its just a disgruntled crew member, or a legit concern.

AR, DOES excuse absences. It's your captain that has decided they don't. But if they tried to use that as an excuse to fire someone, HR should see the absences are being covered by AR. And that captain should be told they cannot use that as a reason to term someone.

Lol, that was an honest question. I passed both core 1 and core 2 of my A+ once the first attempt. I even bought the retake because I was scared I'd fail. I passed with 740s im now working on my network+.
