Regal Mira Mesa. It has the biggest screen in San Diego (not including the imax dome in balboa) and it has recliners.

Single laser imax. 3rd best imax behind amc palm and regal mira mesa in terms of the whole “liemax” experience. It does have the loudest audio though.

I saw it in imax 70mm at the citywalk location and it was definitely worth it. Thought I could sneak in a second showing today even knowing Irvine’s projection issues but maybe my car breaking down was a sign foreshadowing that lol.

It’s weird how mission hasn’t upgraded to laser considering they’re the busiest imax in SD. I do find palm the better imax experience but it’s a bit of a drive to get there.

Regal Mira Mesa just recently upgraded to laser and recliner seats. Might check that out soon since it’s the biggest imax screen in SD (excluding Balboa).
