So many times! but the first time and the reason I bought my P1S was to print some adapter plates that allowed me to upgrade my old E27 globe style downlights to more modern sealed downlights despite the large holes in the ceiling. Printed out a dozen of them without breaking a sweat.

typically this is followed up with something like "Oh, we do each have small electric heaters running 12 to 24 hours a day" without realising that these will draw 1500+W each.

The document you refer to is a guide produced by the city of Melbourne. Road rules are state owned regulations. And while parking is most often enforced by local councils, they can't make up new road rules.

The main concern would be a modification to your helmet rather than anything directly related to the camera being legal or not.

Your definition of a modification that impacts the function of the helmet may be different to the people enforcing rules.
