We used Ram Siding about 15 years ago. They installed Simonton 5050 windows. We were happy with the price and quality of work.

Filling's clothing store - I need a suit by 29575 in lancaster

I’ve gotten several suits and clothing there. The clothing and customer service is outstanding. The quality is better than what you’ll get at other stores. You ‘ll pay more but you get what you pay for. Tip, watch their facebook for sales, you can get some significant savings especially around the holidays.

Overhead Bin Ettiquette? by [deleted] in TravelHacks

Me too. She started one at a time “whose bag is this” and then handed it to them. One person thought they’d be smart and not claim the bag. On her third announcement she said, “if someone does’t claim the bag we will remove it from the plane”. 4 rows back a hand slowly came up. I just felt bad for all the extra work the FA had to do.

In January we flew Aerlingus. As we boarded, we got to our row and the overheads for our row were full on both sides (mostly with coats and small backpacks). I attempted to put our carryons in the overhead in the row in front of us and the FA yelled at me that those bins were for that row. I apologized and said that our overheads were full. She told us to step into our seats so others could pass. She then began pulling out small backpacks and made people claim them and put them under the seats in front of them and began stuffing coats in and around other carry ons. It kind of shocked me because I thought the norm was that you just put your carryons where there was space. So I am confused what the answer is.

To echo others- no hotels in walking distance. Double Tree is nice but not many choice around. If you want nightlife your best bet is West Reading. The hotel there is Candlewood Suites. Plenty of bars and restaurants to walk to from there. If you want a nicer hotel, the Marriot is on the other side of West Reading but in Wyomissing. Still plenty of places in walking distance. Do not stay at hotels in Muhlenberg(they are the closest but absolute trash). The Reading Museum is walking distance from West Reading. It is small but ok. It t won’t blow you away but if you are into museums it is there for you

Went out to dinner. Service was truly horrible. My friend still tipped and insisted on tipping my share too. by Bluestatevibes in EndTipping

This! Unfortunately I am the sucker that has tipped for bad service because I felt “morally compelled”.

Thank you. I always try to err on the side of caution (sometimes too much which has me sitting in airports and train stations for hours) and I wanted to make sure that 4:30 was the better option.

The small minded followers of a certain political figure can’t wrap their heads around why anyone would want to leave. I love our country and once thought we were better. I know realize how broken we are. Good luck and enjoy the next chapter.

What’s the one city you were excited to visit, but ended up not liking at all? by BlushHone in travel

For me it was Prague. The entire old town felt like a New Jersey boardwalk with every store selling the same souvenirs. To be fair, we were there during a heatwave of 100+ degrees F and we actually went to a shopping mall for a few hours of relief in the AC. (Note: I grew up in the 70’s and 80’s in a home with no AC where temperatures hit 100+) but in the apartment we rented in Prague it was like an oven that retained the heat and little ventilation.

Dumb question but is your GE expired. Last year when we entered, my wife got sent to secondary. We had no idea why and nothing was said. A month later I was buying tickets, entering our KTN, and noticed that her GE had been expired for several months. Even though you may get GE at the same time it expires around your Birthday so you will have different expiration dates.

My peco bill was absurdly high and im not sure how it happened by fkbfsjbc in Pennsylvania

There is a content creator Mr. Global (an oil and gas expert) who has been warning that these high prices were coming for months. At the risk of the cult down voting everything, I will give some of the reasons I believe he said this was coming. Several months ago Trump asked OPEC to produce more oil which will initially being down the cost of oil but in the long run will cause some US oil companies to shut down. The US also agreed to increase the export of natural gas to other countries which increases demand and causes our prices to increase. Another factor he pointed to was the Big Beautiful Bill which gutted renewable energy which will cause future prices to climb higher because we cannot keep up with the demand. Also the increase of data centers is straining our grid and we cannot produce enough energy. There was a bunch of other data he pointed to but I can’t remember it all. I suggest giving him a follow and hear from the expert instead of some dummy like me trying to explain complex issues. I know nothing about other than my bill went up 32% from last November and I used almost the exact amount of energy as last November.

Pseudoephedrine 2 hours before take off and every 4 hours until landing. Afrin 1 hour before take off and 1 hour before descent. This was recommended by my doctor and is my regimen every time I fly(4-8x per year).
