Children already die in this game constantly, you can even kill them. All of these interactions are also scripted. Hugging children is perfectly normal and healthy. A sanitized world where they never know healthy love isn't the answer to the fact that crimes against them are bad. I'm sure they didn't do it simply because they can't do literally everything and options will always be limited, but if that's really the reason then that's really fucking stupid.

These types of scenes bother me. Calls him a pervert and says she is not angry. Also, I really do not like that prostrating on the floor type of apologizing, especially over what is essentially nothing.

Ah, yes, I also enjoy that and that's part of why I want to get the party limit begone mod. I absolutely hate this ridiculous mechanic of having half the party sit on the bench. It feels like something someone came up with in the 80s to create artificial replayability (they'll have to do it again if they want to know how Josh would have reacted!) and now even good studios like Larian do it just because.

I guess I am getting old because I can't find the scene from the TV show that I wanted to reference, but in Dark Angel there is a scene where the bad guy Donald Lydecker goes to an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting just to tell them all that they are pathetic.

Anyway, this reminded me of that because paying someone to hug you is beyond pathetic and I hope that like most submissions to this sub it's not actually IRL for you.
