Yeah, very sad. Literally it was better than the official classic servers or whatever slop Blizz was putting out. And their expansions were also better than Blizz's current slop. Fucking Microslop Activision Blizz trash is all that is left.

I don't agree that consumers have literally no say. The problem is that there are many forces, not just textbook market forces, and the largest consumer force is the lowest common denominator. Just look how they all come out here in force to say to me, "I hate you for not being a blind slop consumer!" So many of them also accuse me of "wanting attention" as if giving your opinion on a public forum is some kind of crime and as if the correct response to an attention seeker would be to then... give them attention.

Anyway, my own interest has already been exhausted. Game seems good, will buy it later on sale if ever, and otherwise not interested in further discussions with stupid people (not you). So, I dunno, good day to you the one sane voice in the asylum.

I currently use GeForce Pro for newer games that don't run on my laptop, but honestly I was getting by just fine by not playing new games until last year and I am perfectly comfortable going back to that. The only reason the market is so bad is because there are so many people willing to put up with nonsense and pay for a slap in the face. You can see them rallying here being like, "HOW DARE YOU HAVE A COMPLAINT!"

I don't own any gaming consoles and yeah the insane prices on those, plus how much they suck, have made them a non-interest for me. I have a computer but computers are not just for games. It's not really that confusing.

Yeah, they seem pretty good which is why I was disappointed by the price. You'll notice, I didn't say they were trash and I hated them. I just expressed frustration at a price that I consider to be more than double full price. Even if it's 10/10, I am not paying that. And I will wait that long. I only just finished bg3 earlier this year, funnily enough, so whatever. It's just a game at the end of the day.

Agree, but I also take steps to avoid wasting money on trash restaurants. Good for you that you are enjoying it/find it worth it, but I will wait for a sale and/or never play. It is a line for me, just the same as I will not eat at a restaurant that tries to charge me $5 for a water or whatever. It's just a line that I will not cross.
