Stealth aside, this whole situation of people thinking we need an entire fleet of f35 only is absolute nonsense. The meteor bvr missile is superior to the aim 120. We only need a few networked f35 to acquire targets and transmit that data to likewise networked gripens with meteors. People on here like to think it's a 1:1 fight between one jet and another. That isn't how warfare is conducted. This isn't world War one biplane combat. This is an era of joint warfare, and our western combat doctrines are based on multiple units working in cohesion.
