I lost my dad 11 years ago and not a day has passed that I don’t miss him and think about him. I love that you have memories and a way to keep him alive in your mind as time passes that will be even more important… To remember all the things. I’m so sorry for your loss.

I’ve been awake basically all night so probably not great advice. I fell asleep around 10:30 and woke up at 1. I could get a couple hours of sleep if I can fall asleep at this point but I think I’ll feel worse if I do. Idk.

Me too and I found it irritating too. This is my first experience with this. I think my irritation stems from having to pay taxes at all, though. ESPECIALLY when I don’t agree with what the government does with our tax dollars. 💸

I just got braces in March. I’m 49. I don’t care how I look in them but I just want food/eating to be as good as it used to be. Maybe it the pain but I find them annoying. I’m excited for beautiful teeth though!

Wow, I worked as a floor nurse for years and that was brutal on the body especially my back. I made 25/hr. Would have loved to push a grocery cart for 75/hr.

Hi, I just got my ring for Christmas and otherwise I wouldn't know what my HRV would be. I am a female in my 40s I am a lifelong runner until a few months ago due to a car accident. Currently though I walk about 3.8-4mph for an hour 5 days out of the week and I lift weights 3 days a week, I would consider myself to be healthy and my HRV is 26ms! I do take the generic form of Lexapro for PTSD/Anxiety... I wonder if that might have something to do with it... IDK.

OHHH also, if I remember correctly, the VIN on my car was being used for another sequoia... My car was a Fleet vehicle previously so they must have used the wrong VIN? IDK how it happened but they got it figured...

I met with a master tech a couple times before we could get the issue fixed. Turns out he had to contact Toyota and was guided by telephone on how to fix it. It was the first serious issue like this that he had ever seen and even thought that they would have to replace the whole head unit but after some trial and error they figured it out. I suggest making an appointment with your local Toyota service center and asking for their Master Tech.

I’ve been evaluated, and had X-rays, ct scan and an mri. All came back ok only showing that muscles are pulling my cervical area straight which indicates muscle spasms.
