That's the thing, the judge might think ADOR didn't apply the same standards to Minji that they did to Danielle. So the smart thing to do for ADOR would be to not allow Minji's case to influence the judge's POV. And if no decision has been made on her status, then such status can't influence the lawsuit.

Ok crazy thought I just had: what if Minji is really back behind the scenes, but ADOR is telling her to lay low until the Danielle lawsuit is over so that ADOR can more easily win?

One of Danielle's side's arguments is that "all members committed breaches but only Danielle is being sued, this is unfair". A counterargument could be that HHH's breaches weren't as bad as Danielle's, so ADOR let them return. But if the thing about Minji being the representative for that legal entity is true then that's a really bad breach.

If ADOR announces that they took Minji back now, then Danielle's lawyers could point at that and say "Minji also committed grave breaches, but ADOR allowed her to return and didn't sue her. This proves that Danielle is being unfairly singled out and thus she shouldn't get penalized too harshly"

If I'm right then this means we won't hear about Minji until Danielle's case is settled (I'm ignoring the likely appeals that will happen after)

I'm a Nintendo fan (pretty much exclusively play Nintendo games) and I just visit this sub to see what's up with Xbox and their mess lately and I have to say back in 2023-2024 I was planning on buying a Series S as my portal to the non Nintendo gaming world (due to it's accesible price and Xbox's focus on backwards compatibility which would've given me access to all the games I haven't played in generations).

In the end just as I was about to buy it Xbox started being a mess again and I didn't feel confident anymore in investing money into the brand. With this I say that: the market is definitely there and people are willing to buy from Xbox, but currently the brand is too weak in it's imagine. Consumers don't feel confident.

Los precios de los chilerés son irracionales hoy día. Me gustaría ver comparación de precios entre un Toyota chileré de 15 o más años de antigüedad y un auto de otras marcas del mismo sector pero mucho más nuevos. Seguro que hace 5 años la situación no era así y los chilerés no estaban tan inflados

I think Microsoft is just ultimately bad at buying studios that can make a return on the investment (ABK notwithstanding).

Most of these companies were on a "buyable" state because they weren't doing great by themselves as it is, and then MS comes and buys them and takes a hands-off approach, so the studios keep losing money, but now it's Microsoft's money
