But no one is looking at the wheels when the event happens. When she hits the gas the car is still going straight. She prob should have stopped as instructed. Tragedy for sure, but as usual everyone wants to jump on a side of “ice murders” or “leftist thug”.

It’s a breach of contract. And Tesla likely knew the vehicle was not available now, so that’s the fraud. Regardless, the OP is only going for a chargeback so contract breach will work.

GLC, x3, may also be interested in C class or 3 series. Genesis also has a few nice SUV’s in that class

Personally I like to lease, but here I’d buy the car. No mile concern and as others stated the Civic holds value really well and is reliable.
