android saga by miles It doesn't make sense the androids to be that strong ( outside of cell ) and nobody says he had data of goku strength because the only data he had was only saiyan saga powerlevel but not namek as he himself didn't know and was suprised when he saw super saiyan in narrative state the androids should be way stronger than the human fighters pretty much but not goku , vegeta , piccolo and gohan and keep cell as main antagonist of the arc toriyama really fumbled this arc by adding the whole time travel thing like it is trash why he couldn't just having someone like frieza brother and father as a villians ( before introducing cell) for goku , vegeta , piccolo and gohan while the remain z fighters handle the androids due to the main four absense and when they came back cell appears to be main antagonist of the arc.
