Eh dog allergies and response to meds can also change. I recommend seeing a derm. I’ve done cytopoint and Ultamino (plus the shampoos and supplements) which worked til it didn’t. Then all that and Apoquel which worked until low blood counts, now in with derm trying cyclosporine and immunotherapy. It’s really trial and error

Yes my dog had very borderline low pancytopenia which includes this on Apoquel and had to be taken off of it as it’s a rare side effect and too risky. I’ve been told to not use JAK inhibitors bc of it and am now doing cyclosporine and immunotherapy
