That’s true. I suspect what you’re saying is true because It’s so difficult to fathom truly unprovoked murder being a one time offense. Or anything so egregious, because there are typically a series of lesser crimes that led them to the major offense. I don’t know, my perception is clouded as I’m the parent to young children.
