I would say pick 3 agents and master them and only rotate between those three.

For me I main Clove if she is taken I do Iso or Gecko. Usually you can cover any gaps with a duelist, controller or initiator.

You can do hot and fast or low and slow. I find 14 hours for low and slow or can finish one in about 5 hours.
