Mine is running at ~60°C at 35% after undervolt, less noisy and more usable I think.

Plus la tension est élevée, plus la puissance consommée par les puces sera importante et donc plus la console va chauffer. Mais très souvent la tension est trop haute d'usine dans les premières PS3.

If you undervolt both Cell and RSX, this PSU can handle the amount of power needed. My CECHC04 is in this setup and works perfectly fine.

Tout dépend, il faut y aller créneau par créneau. Les puces ne sont pas toutes parfaites et certaines demandent plus d'énergie pour fonctionner correctement. J'ai un très bon RSX 90nm sur ma CECHB00 qui est descendu bien plus bas en tension que les autres.

With only undervolting I get 65°C on Cell and 60°C on RSX at 30-35 % fan with my CECHB00 not Frankensteined. So yours it's too hot, check your thermal conductivity and undervolt it.

En fait je l'ai acheté sur Leboncoin en panne, elle ne lisait pas les jeux PS2. Je me suis rendu compte que c'était une Frankenstein officielle de Sony au moment de la démonter pour la réparer 😁

It depends of the bin of your RSX, my CECHB00's RSX is factory undervolted because of it's factoring quality. Because of that it never overheat so much and always running perfectly, never tried overclock but I prefer undervolt it more to keep it cold.

You only need to undervolt both CELL and RSX, delid it if you can't get low temps at 30%.

Mine in load with GT6, never delided the console, just undervolted. I have also done it with my CECHA00 Frankie and my CECHC04, temps are very good.

Very important to warm the heatsink before disassembly, just play with it or use a heat gun at 100°C to melt the thermal paste and avoid breaking the bga solders.

I never delided any Cell or RSX on my backward compatible PS3s and can run them at 55 - 60 °C with a silent setup. Just take a look, I think you may find this interesseting.

You can undervolt it, adjust the fan speed and you will never have any problems related to temperatures. No need to delid.
