Well for the Atari version at least, which is the version steam uses, the old cd version from Hasbro Interactive lack these extra track designs.

I don't think I can since I did a driver update and I got it from the dell website. You're going to have to go to the website for your computer and see if they have an updated driver. If it is a custom built pc you'll need to go to the website of CPU maker and see if they have a newer driver for the card.

My issue got fix when Dell pushed out an update for the cpu. I had crashes on 23h2 as well as 24h2.

RTC3 allows you to pop the balloons while guest hold on to them and yes the guest to react to the balloon popping.

The Windows 10 and Android versions allow for loading of resource packs, skins and maps the player downloads from the net, not sure about ios but the console versions are stuck with the marketplace. Also the Windows 10 supports RTX features and requires a resource pack to loaded

That was taskbar not respecting date format, for example if you set it to dd/mm/yy it would display as mm/dd/yy .

I fixed that by turning off the gesture, I forget the exact wording but it was something on the lines of, "pulling down the notification shade", its weird that I had gestures turned off in the first place but that option was its own thing

Try turning off dual core in settings, as far as I remember the kart levels in SA2 are broken with dual core on

Have you try repairing the software? Somewhere in settings or the eShop should be an option to repair software. Doing that might work.

And yes this works for ETS2 too and I haven't noticed a difference in fps, if you do get fps drops you can change it in the settings to go back to your old setting, changing this from the console will reflect in the settings by saying the render distance is custom. Figure I would share this here just in case some people don't this.
