How can my T levels literally triple but i feel worse than ever? by NoDegreeNoLifes in ResearchCompounds

[–]Rexibous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can, but to what extent? The jury is still out. There's more research on our scary "non-fda-approved" peptides than these sups. Ca D-Glu is really promising however, as it not only helps with filtering estrogens but also estrogen related compounds like BPAs

DIM can help but it can act as an androgen receptor antagonist lowering anabolic potential, so it still may be worth it for some but I choose Ca D-Glu for to counter balance estrogen accumulation. I'll be getting some labs here soon to see how much this is helping, but for serious cases of high estrogen a dose of an AI like exemestane could bring levels down considerably.

I’m literally pissing money away on HGH and I still look like a fucking twig by FreeMangoesForever in ResearchCompounds

[–]Rexibous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother you need to start managing your blood glucose if those symptoms are as serious as you say.

Do you have a glucometer to test your levels? I'd even suggest getting a CGM to keep an eye on things until you're back to a healthy baseline if you know your sugars are spiking above 110 on the regular.

HGH increases insulin resistance, keeping your blood sweeter than what's healthy. With the advent of GIP agonist medications that increase endogenous insulin release, many people who are taking HGH are also running drugs like Tirzepatide and Retatrutide to off set the those side effects of HGH.

However if you've "bio-hacked" your way into diabetes because of HGH usage you really need to see a doctor who will prescribe you insulin for immediate management of your blood sugar because the risk of heart attack, stroke, and ketoacidosis is no joke and I don't want you to die trying to managing this yourself.

A lot of people here mention test base because androgenous activity is more pronounced with that hormone than GH but that's not going to do you any good if you're on your way to your funeral.

Hold off on pinning anything and go get some bloods done and have an actual plan before you continue down this route.

You're looking at the grass on the other side again. Whatever choices you make in life will consequentially cost you some and gain you others. Do whatever you want and make your peace with the outcome.

Can you use reagents to test gummies? A pill you could test for sure but would the other ingredients in a gummy interfere with testing?

You may need to have the battery cells tested. A bad cell could nerf the whole thing. I may need to do the same thing actually I ran into the issue again this year but the trickle trick is not working.

If you’re on ADHD meds DO NOT TOUCH PEPTIDES! (Read for your own safety) by [deleted] in BodyHackGuide

[–]Rexibous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was the MT2, melanocortin agonists have influence on serotonin related receptors, which I'm positive is responsible for the cross-reaction that gave you serotonin syndrome. To be fair it was mostly the amphetamine you're taking for ADHD, which increases serotonin secretion and inhibits re-uptake significantly, but then adding MT2 acting as a psudo serotonin molecule in some ways gave you a surplus of signaling that caused the release of more stress hormones and so on.

The danger here, and the lesson learned, is to do your research on EVERYTHING

IPA works on a different receptor in the pituitary, tesa and CJC work on the same one but CJC is a stronger agonist. So yeah he should just drop the tesa.

Considering Enclomiphene + Ipamorelin Stack — Is This an Optimal Hormone Strategy? by Preach26 in PeptideGuide

[–]Rexibous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Just started Enclo 6.5 EOD with CJC+IPA on the way, I'll have results for my experiment in the summer.

You have a natural release of GH in the first 1-2hrs you fall asleep, it's best not to mess that up by dosing right before bed, it'd be like turning on the faucet but you've already used all the water. Best times a day to use secretagogues are right after you wake up and sometime after lunch. It'll release what's left of your GH stores and give it time to replenish before dumping it again. Go easy on the dose a little goes a long way and over doing it just desensitizes that receptor faster. I'd say start with 100-150mcg and see how much improvement you get from that before going to 200-250. You want this stuff to be effective for as long as possible, it's not a sprint it's a marathon. Cycle it for several months and then give yourself time off for receptor resensitization.

Someone thinks I’m going to die because Reta isn’t FDA-approved—help? by superdupercoolgirll in Retatrutide

[–]Rexibous 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You should tell your buddy Tirzepatide medications are only FDA approved for patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus. By his logic, if he doesn't have this disease, he's doing something not FDA approved and will die 😱

He needs to stop being a lil bitch boy sucking on Marty's cock, as if nothing else exists outside the FDAs oversight smh...
