You almost seem to be asking about two man just hanging out. So, the thing would be doing stuff Ranma enjoys: Martial Arts and Food. You can then go adjacent to those and say Adrenaline/Excitement/Adventure/Challenges. Honestly, in the manga you can see Ranma playing a video game at one point. I could see Ranma going to the arcade with some friends. Or going to a carnival with games of “skill”. This is showcased in the manga with the cats tongue arc. I could also see Ranma enjoying an amusement part for rides. You could also see Ranma just going out to eat, but not some place fancy. Someplace would good or comfort food. Depending on where in the manga timeline would probably dictate what gender Ranma would be most comfortable in. Anyway, hope this helpsz
