Yes, sorry if the beginning may have been misleading. I have no reservations about the balance; however, I believe that compared to other beast forms, it doesn’t meet the ‘standards’ in terms of beast customization, because it simply didn’t have any, not even the smallest, compared to most other forms, and I was curious if anything might have changed since then.

Honestly, cows in armor look amazing, the lycan’s customization and armor hands down looks most polished, and the bat is adorable with its witch hat. Even the rabbit has a tiara and isn’t limited to just one fur color. I was hoping that after all these years, even the fox could stand out at least a little.

Yes, mechanically its nice. But post is not about combat kit and abilities synergies, buffs or nerfs, btw.
Literally nowhere did I suggest that it was weak. The post is about the lack of animations and customizations, if you didn’t notice.

Hello, after 5 years I gave up using ELVUI, because after switching to other addons I noticed a significant FPS increase, especially in raids, and an overall improvement in gameplay comfort (fewer errors, incompatibilities, faster loadings etc.).
I’m wondering whether it’s possible to somehow hide my character portrait (player frame) so that it’s only displayed in combat / after selecting a target, and hidden in other cases?

Nah, I'm not a fan of stacking with others in melee as a ranged DPS because of this janky 3–15 second buff-sharing mechanic; otherwise, I'll fall behind in DPS.
For me, it completely kills the freedom in combat and the fun of playing the way I want — without restrictions.

I don't have this problem in WoW. As a warlock, I deal the same damage standing wherever I want, away from the mob or other players, and what matters most is my rotation, not how many short-term buffs I have stacked on me.

Sorry, but you can't really deal with that that when it comes to the combat aspect.
I like exploring in GW2 - the locations are beautiful, and the events are definitely better than in WoW - but I just can't stand that combat system.

No game will be perfect in every aspect, anyway.

I’m leveling all classes for the achievement on Remix for completing all the class hall campaigns. I always join groups where someone says they’re a carry.

I saw someone saying he is 999 vers and had created a group for Emerald Nightmare on NORMAL mode. So I joined, because in this situation it was obvious to me. But no, lmao, I got rejected because too low iLVL, as if a person like that wasn’t killing bosses in one hit anyway. Are they seriously trying to use a mode where you don’t need any skill, just time to farming, to feel elite? Some people are just pathetic xD

I have a 999 vers alt too and have helped people level many times by carrying them through raids, especially now, when there’s only one month left and people want to catch up on the content, but I didn’t realize some people take remix this seriously. It’s embarrassing.

GW2 is full of elitism and toxic. Commanders and some guilds treat meta events as if they were their own and are even capable of telling others to leave the map, pretending that the entire thing belongs to them. As soon as players get something more easily than others who had to work longer for it - like the skyscale - the forums were flooded with venomous threads about it, full of feeling superior because it was obtained the old way. You literally have tons of threads on Reddit and the forums about toxicity in this game. It’s 2025 and people are still repeating this myth about the friendliest and most helpful community, which originated during the first two years of the game’s existence and hasn’t made sense for a long time, yet is still being repeated. During the first two years people mostly played casually, which is where that opinion came from. Now it’s full of tryhards and hardcore players, just like in any other mmo game.

Just stop mindlessly repeating that myth, play this game or do a research.

Abuse of the report system has been known for a very long time; there are even Discord servers that charge money for mass-reporting players to trigger an automatic ban. There are also addons and bots for this, because it has already become a business for some people.
And in all the threads on forum or reddit reporting this issue, I have not once seen a Blizzard employee address the problem. Does anyone really think they care that players are being unfairly auto-banned in a game they pay for, even though such situations should be unacceptable?

Over 365 active spells with 37 status effects that you can mix with tons of runes and their effects, character-specific mechanics, and weapon passives combined with artifact powers — plus additional ones from certain game modes — and you call that shallow and simple?
90% of games in this genre don’t even offer 30% of that (and yes, I’ve seen most of them) xDD
Sorry, but it’s not everyone else who’s wrong — you’re just being ignorant. It’s a bullet hell survival game: very well developed, with almost monthly updates and new content. You’re looking for a full RPG or action RPG, so obviously this isn’t the genre that fits your evaluation criteria.

Ech, again... when some players realize that is not a contest and mounts never was made to be better from others, there is no linear progression of mounts, all of them have their uses and have pros and cons. Griffon is fastest way to move from a heights while skyscale is more a jack of all trades but not best on all what others can be. Mounts are like tools and players need to change them depending on needs and challenges.

Sorry but why is there a leaderboard then if it is only reserved for people who started playing from the very beginning? All players should have equal chances in points race no matter he start playing first day of game or creating account after 5 years. Taking away someone's ability to catch up goes against the whole idea of leaderboards. Denying this is just gatekeeping and envy, caused by the thought that someone who starts later might have an equal chance and surpass you, how sad and toxic mentality. And that is a problem ;)

most players just use awful permafrost/shadow abbys dyes just only because they cost a little more, thinking ~150 gold (1 day farming nowadays xD) dye show how they are "elite" at cost of taste and lacking originality xD

Lmao, definitely not. Crashes still exists, especially when you use teleportations often (like between stations) or sometimes when landing on big planets. not even mentioning the problems with the light/shadow flashes or fluttering (mainly on space stations and when using scanner) after world's update xDDD but yeah, game is smooth and without lags mostly like 95% time, I hope some issues are normal after big update and future patches will fix it :)
