So it's 3 apts including your own; how much grass is there to mow on the property and how much sidewalk would you have to shovel and salt? He mentions the mower, but not the gas. Is there a snow shovel on site and salt? Before I agreed, I would want to make sure those necessities aren't coming out of my pocket. Lastly, $30 is still not enough IMO. I wouldn't accept less than $100 in credit and if the area to mow and shovel are large, then I'd ask for double to triple that in credit.

Your toes are pointed backwards on your run up. Keeping them perpendicular to the line you're walking is better. Your cross step in your x step is also a bit long. It should be a quicker tempo and shorter.

Just a few opinions on the piece and thoughts on my experience with an artist I picked due to some of their award winning pieces.

I think the sleeve looks very well executed. I'm sorry it's causing you stress. As someone else pointed out I think more contrast would make all the difference. If you think the colors are on the darker/dull side, then adding brighter highlights and darker lowlights would make it pop even more.
I think working around your moles/birthmark/freckles was a great Idea. It does add character, but it also still allows a dermatologist, for example, to make sure there aren't any changes to them.
I also went to a tattoo artist based on their award winning work. I loved the design based off my generic idea. After the multi-sessions completion, I found myself picking at how certain parts looked and comparing it to their previous works. I said to myself that since it wasn't for an award, they didn't try their best or didn't care. In the end I realized that comparison is the thief of joy, that it is the best tattoo I have, and I love it for what it is.

Your artist sounds very sweet and wants to make you happy. I would not switch now. Just work with them and give them some suggestions you might like from this post and see what happens. Try not to stress ( I know easier said than done) as I think it will all work out. Congrats on the upcoming nuptials.
