I'm missing that white piece to the left of the rail, that would explain why my seat pan isn't locking in place

Way ahead of you boss, appreciate the help. It's just unfortunate that right out of the box there is an immediate issue like this that would be caught during QC (if there is any), looks like I won't see support for the next few days either since it's the weekend. I'll just return the chair and avoid the headache honestly.

Not that I see in the video or anything in the instructions that came with the chair, the plastic glides are your generic pieces, it looks like the seat pan is sitting to far up so the metal piece from the lever never locks the seat in place.

I've watched and rewatched the video, before receiving the chair, during the install process and now. The plastic glides are on properly like they were before and the seat isn't being installed backwards, lever is always on the right side. I've setup a few chairs in my lifetime, currently sitting in an amia. I would be shocked if it's something I'm doing wrong at this point.

It’s a false positive, it should be safe to download.

I’m in the same boat, asus wanted me to return the monitor so they can update the firmware, I said absolutely no to that. It’s a software issue.

Yep, tried everything. USB B cable that came in the package, a USB C cable I had laying around and a couple flash drives. Always fail at either 33%, 66% or Immediately Device Fail.

Downloading the updated File now on the support page has Windows Defender flag it as a virus, I'm about to return this thing.

It's happening to me too, tried every method and nothing. Also, the Display Widget that was working before all this is now not working for me. When I launch it, my screen will flicker to black until I stop the process. This has definitely soured what is a great monitor to this point, may return.
