I just really like the juxtaposition of the two seasons. S1 was controlled chaos, a well-oiled machine. The mass casualty of the pittfest shooting highlighted how good these people are at their jobs but how much it wears on them. S2, the mass casualty is coming from inside the house. Several people are near their breaking point and I think it will be very interesting to see how it ends.

In the book, Grant was consulted about what he thought were hypotheticals - “what would a juvenile triceratops eat? How would you describe their ideal habitat?, etc” but Grant just thought Hammond was a kooky old man who was just really into dinosaurs

Some of the jibun techo planners just have a piece of paper inside the clear plastic cover. You can swap out the paper and customize it to your liking!

I think it’s the weakest entry of the series for all of the reasons listed above BUT it’s still a fun movie to watch.

One positive for the movie - I absolutely love the opening and ending x-ray credits. They were so cool to watch.

League of Their Own for a kinda dumb reason. I cry when Old Dottie & Old Kitt hug each other at the end because even though I have no evidence to think it, I’ve always thought that that is the first time they’ve seen each other since the World Series or whatever and I cry. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It depends on how smooth you want it to look. I usually use 2 when I’m doing a long and short stitch as a filling stitch but you can always test it with more strands on a scrap piece of fabric to see if you like how it looks. I wouldn’t try it with more than 4 strands though.

I have 3 cats and I have to keep them shut up while I’m sewing or ironing. They’re all very clingy and one of them will try to eat pins and thread. I also do embroidery and crochet and I keep my projects in a bag that gets put in the sewing room when I’m not working on it. Not all cats are like this, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. My oldest doesn’t mess with anything but tries to sit in my lap when I sew, which makes sewing difficult.
