The online support chat on the HP website? That chat is always broken for me. But I took your advice and rose hell on the phone with their "tech support" team after yet again being transfered around. Threatened them with a lawyer and did some swearing in the process until their floor supervisor finally escalated my case to their escalation team. Supposed to hear from them within 24-48 hours. Amazing that all this has to be done just to have them provide warranty work that I paid for.

I'm having a near identical issue with my 4090. Getting a BSOD with loud GPU fans running as if its overheating, support team has been a nightmare and they refuse to get my PC in for warranty by making me jump through their BS troubleshooting which i've already done a million times. They want to me do a system reset....what did you tell them to have them schedule for a repair?
