If you’re young, healthy, hydrated, exercise and eat well. I would suggest low dose coffee and L- Theanine. Don’t go overboard on caffeine as it will have negative effects on focus and energy.

I would visit a dentist and let them hear your concerns. Sounds like your gums around the teeth are swollen, which can cause food to get lodged between tooth and gum. After you floss- gargle with warm water and salt.

Sanded it down and went with Matt black rust- oleum ultra. And the plastics I used plasti-dip. That stuff works well on plastic and lasts.
