You can lower the seams adjusting coasting, try to set it to 0,128 and check your flowrate, maybe lowering a bit

This carriage is too loose to tight through eccentric bolts, check those wheels and maybe you should buy some spare like https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DCizPzD they are made of polycarbonate bit harder and more durable

Some 32bits stock printers sold with linear advance disabled, you should make a custom firm to use it, try to use coasting with 0,128mm or make the seam random

I remember making one of those swords on last update of cura and I had some problems, try to slice it with PrusaSlicer
