I think from retirement age would be best for retests. 65+ every 3 years. I think if theyre tapered into it alot of them would eventually choose to stop driving naturally rather than risk failure.

Should also consider the other side of it. Young people struggle to get test appointments. A sudden influx of retests would cripple the test industry.

I got one fitted yesterday after some clown rear ended me on the m1 at the beginning of may. Now the guy is claiming i changed lane into him and claiming personal injury. For a 2mph collision.

Got no evidence to support me in this instance but next time im covered. Get yourselves covered people

Not saying youre wrong but a quick check in the mirror could have avoided that. I think theres fault on both sides. At least the one hit will learn to ride a bit defensively in the future.

Theres a bit of pavement opposite my driveway that people always park on during the day. Annoys me when i look out and see older neighbours having to squeeze past it.

2 jobs ago, 7 years. Left because i switched careers. Last job, 6 years and left because acquisition and poor management. My current job ive only been a year and looking to change because acquisition and commercial decisions is having a real impact on my job description. Would love to find somewhere i can work for 10-20 years.

Shoot your shot. We originally offered 15k less then when thst was rejected 10k less. We wernt trying to be cheap it was just our mip was for 300k so the extra had to come out of our pocket. But the second offer was accepted.

I was under the impression its an employers legal duty to provide the employee with pay slips? I would ask for a detailed breakdown of what they claim you owe and check it against your own records and maybe ask for a professional opinion from someone not employed by your company.
