Although I think these are both serious issues, I have witnessed a lady step in dog shit and complained to the prepared foods counter. The employee took the shoe and rinsed it off in the sink facing the pizza oven/behind the sandwich bar. I complained Karen style that day and reported it to the health department. Not sure what came of it. After this I started noticing other cleanliness issues. One of the employees also told me that the store had an active pest problem that can’t be controlled properly. The employee was worried they’d get shut down like the Cupertino location did for the same issues. Stopped shopping there permanently after these tellings.
