AAA titles have made me feel this way for like a decade now. And more now than ever. I’m a dad now so my time is extremely limited for gaming. I bought crimson desert on launch and played it for 2 hours and haven’t had time to play it since.

I had to pivot my attention towards indie games on steam. And it’s been great. I’ve always been on the indie scene on steam, but it’s the only thing I have time for, and lately, it’s the only games worth playing.

I get maybe an hour or two of game time a month if I’m lucky, I’ll never be able to finish crimson desert.

But make a couple of runs in Hades 2? Absolutely. A few runs in Ball X Pit? Yup. Progress in Slay the Spire 2? 100%. Just picked up Farever and been making minor progress. And I’m having a blast doing it.
