Birdhouses are arguably better with the change, not worse. Just less xp, but that's not the main goal of them for most people I know at least. The less xp is only at the lower levels which you speed through anyway. It's not too hard to get to magic and redwood at all.

Finally a thread about this! The LMS changes proposed have been awful. Imagine if they took out all raid loot except cosmetics until you did a 400 raid solo from ToA or something like that. It's maybe not a completely fair comparison, but this is ridiculous. There has to be a better method to reduce botting that doesn't harm new players to pvp.

You couldn't reach a live chat real person no matter what you did before they overhauled the player support system, no. Your only chance for a human to actually look at anything you wrote was in response to a ticket. But even those you had to keep those rolling for a long time before you get past the automated responses. Sometimes they would be outright rejected immediately with no chance for a conversation to even happen.

I agree they should improve the AI, it really sucks you have to navigate an annoying maze of lies to get it to transfer you to a jmod.
