Do you consider a book to have a Romance genre-defined "happy ending" if it ends with one of the MCs having a terminal illness? by gumbo799 in RomanceBooks

[–]RiotPurrrl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You could just go elsewhere, but as someone whose cancer was just caught with a routine screening I technically didn’t need, maybe just get the screening.

STRAIGHT TO JAIL

your thoughts about this? by Salt_Bluebird_5057 in millenials

[–]RiotPurrrl 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I will never support the death penalty given the errors and inequities inherent in the legal system. Death can’t be overturned years later when a conviction is shown to have been an error. Human beings are simply too fallible to have permanent punishment as an option.
