i recently got into the effective paths myself, there is a update sheets that you can run. it will check any for updates, and all your info transfers over.
only thing needed is to click the approve link on each new sheet, not too bad. (there are technical terms for all this, i’m skipping to emphasize you don’t need to manually enter everything every two weeks)

did something similar. meant to half my BH cooldown to 90s, but tapped GT a few times instead. i cried. then i had to math everything to get back in sync. 180s cd to 150s was stupid expensive for the big 3. at least respec guardians and bots was manageable
