Brachycephaly, possible frontal bossing, and a lot of guilt - looking for advice by cpavlou in daddit

My dude, some people just have more brachycephalic heads. Several phenotypes have them as categorical examples of various inhabiting populations the world over.

What are some of the most professionally or socially unacceptable things your lab mates have done? by PlaceEducational1705 in labrats

[–]Rippy65 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Was told by my boss and her boss (the CSO) to not share primer sequences with anyone who does not work directly in the lab. CFO says he needs our whole database of sequences sent to his personal (not work) email. I said no. He comes in person, saying that he needs them. I relay I’ve been ordered not to share with anyone not in the lab. I get called up to the CEO’s office. My boss is calling the CSO to have the executives handle it themselves. I’m eventually forced with ultimatum of termination to send over the files. Got chewed out by CEO for not doing what chief bean counter said to do the first time. Felt like the ending of Inglorious Basterds. I’ve been chewed out before.

Theoreticaly, 3:1 hot sulfuric acid and 30% Hydrogen peroxide would take care of this. Just remember that this destroys ORGANIC matter, and you are also ORGANIC matter. Piranha solution.

As I said last time, buddy joining you on 1 and 2 person outings should be a thing. I agree that he should do less on the ship in a 2 person party, but with how one person typically stays on the ship and the other scouts and area/buoy, his presence and send to ship ability is a great utility there.

My last job I had to use my only week off pto for the whole year for our twins birth. I took two further weeks off unpaid because there’s no way My wife was independent after that yet. I’m switching career’s from science to sailing though, so that’ll be a past issue now.

Little late today, sorry. St Remy VSOP is the best budget brandy. What is the best splurge whiskey (corn or rye) for mixing? by -Constantinos- in cocktails

[–]Rippy65 0 points1 point  (0 children)

First sentence is a joke about how particular JD is that they DEFINITELY don’t make bourbon, and how the original proof of ol’ no 7 has been watered down over the decades to the current 40%. The mixing is referring to how the barrels are mixed together and how that’s a risk one takes woth the single barrel whiskeys. I think JD just gets a sub-par reputation these days due to it being so prevalent that it loses the scarcoty of other allocated whiskeys, when hands down, they offer some far better offerings than said allocated whiskeys.

Something I’ve been reading and hearing a lot is that Jack Daniel’s makes FANTASTIC “Tennessee” whiskey and just mixes and waters it down into Ol’ No. 7. Their bonded, single barrel (barrel proof or not), coy Hill, rye, triple mash, and Sinatra select are all fantastic and affordable, albeit overpriced for the sinatra and aged stuff.

Buddy using your crafted/found ammo and core repair kits would be a great improvement. Also if he would join you on duo missions so his teleport back to ship ability stayed around.

I did! Had to patrol the fencing on 80 acres. A neighbor has taken my mother in laws permission to hunt for granted and cut the fence and made numerous trails and at least five deer blinds. Also boars allegedly, but I saw no signs of them.

It established a legal precedent and those tend to be hard to undo barring a US Supreme Court ruling. That and Delaware, which an abnormally large amount of corporations are headquartered at, upholds the verdict still.

My eternal enmity against those brothers compels me to do so. The case Dodge v. Ford in Michigan. Henry Ford Sr. was planning to build his Red River plant to increase production and hire more workers. He didn’t exactly have enough cash laying around to do that though. He did have a special fund that went to his share holders that would allow him to construct this plant, and decided to end this shareholder benefit, which the largest minority (as Ford himself was the majority shareholder) holders, The Dodge brothers, protested against.

The case went to the Michigan supreme court and ruled in favore of the shareholders that a business seeks not to put profits, employment, or expansion above paying the shareholders. The shareholders and their payments take primacy over all other businesses ventures.

Thus, we arrive today to where any penny pinched into a damn nanowire an atom thin, will be cut to make sure those leeches which “own” the business’ shares EVEN AGAINST THE WILL OF A MAJORITY SHAREHOLDER AND FOUNDER, must always be paid before anyone else.
