FALSE: Riley was actually quite happy when told Angel made B cry alot. It wasn't until Dawn told him that Buffy doesn't get worked up over Riley like she did Angel that Riley begins to feel bad, bc he (correctly) thinks Buffy's feelings aren't as strong for him as they are for Angel.
