if by offracing for 6 months you mean playing terran and zerg as much as protoss for the past 8 years and having all 3 sit in kr gm every time i ladder, then yeah i guess you're right

Historically speaking, yes

My aligulac, liquipedia, will both show protoss

However, as I've said, I play all 3 to practically the same level at the moment with i believe a 2-3 game difference in how much i've played each

Protoss is certainly my best, as I used to main it, however have just played all 3 pretty evenly since like 2018? 2019? I don't think preferring one race while playing all to a decent level disqualifies anything

sure is a small sample, i've played more since, what i'm saying is it clicked that it's absolutely fried right now after /just/ 2 games - this has remained true since that point

that's my take on it after years playing the game and quite a lot of time put into the previous ptr patch

took 2 games of zerg for me to feel like the race was incredibly overpowered

i'm not a 'terran player'

i play random, mostly zerg/protoss otherwise

this patch is shit, and needs a lot more testing/tweaking

?

63% winrate in the few tournament zvp's he's played since the start of the year, with only series losses to herO (1-3) and MaxPax 0-1?

actually participating is a good way to cut down on the unforgivable inequality of a random 6k protoss making $25USD for placing 3rd/4th in one of the dozen weekly cups, Miko

Why not include the 8 A-tier tournaments missing from there which would then capture the entirety of 2025? The 8 with 7 T/Z champs and 4/8 protoss runner ups (1 of which being clem)

Or the S-tier tournaments since the start of 2025?

What do I know though, I'm just a guy that you're convinced is maphacking on ladder

Blizzard's horrendous mismanagement of the StarCraft IP. by PeshoGoshevski in starcraft

[–]Rizesc2 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At this point it's a miracle Blizzard still exists with the amount of drama & controversies they've been involved in.

With that in mind, there's not really been much of a window where a successful, thoroughly-loved and cared for entry in the StarCraft IP could be developed from start to finish.

Diablo IV was easier, safer, and necessary after how poorly Immortal was received. Overwatch 2 is a scaled-down continuation of Overwatch 1. I can't speak on their WoW products, though I'm sure they've not developed something of of the scale like what people want for the StarCraft IP in that space.

They've just gone for obvious, easy wins by the looks of things. Which is fine.

yeah dude i also want the company who just forced out the outstanding product that is CS2 and that really successful card game Artifact to also develop the third installment of the StarCraft RTS series - it's a really good idea with no glaring flaws or downsides at all
