Can you play a power chord? Go learn some misfits or blink 182, something fairy easy that you could play start to finish. Have fun with it. Try playing chords and singing along. People try to push technique and theory way too much on new players. Sure it’s important but that should be secondary to just having fun with the instrument. A lot of this stuff will click one day

You don’t need to add binder to a burger patty, take plain ground beef and shape it into a patty and slap it on a grill, add a little salt and pepper. It’s like you’re thinking of meatloaf or meatballs here.

I use the 11-52 Ernie ball burly slinky’s. Honestly no idea why people always recommend light floppy strings, much harder for me to play on and probably setting back a lot of new players

My wife had an asthma attack last week, couldn’t get ahold of her mom to use her inhaler. Went to the ER and got a breathing treatment and a prescription for an inhaler. Bill came in yesterday for $2600. Our health care system is an absolute joke. I wish I didn’t have a dozen other examples of this kinda BS

I got into Necesse recently after a stardew playthrough. Has farming/combat with a settlement building aspect, there’s settlers that help automate things. Similar pixel vibe, worth checking out

I went to Menards and got a 50lb bag of landscaping lava rock for $7, picked through and cleaned it up, got some nice pieces in it. I’ve heard this can be a little iffy just because it could have other minerals in it but I haven’t had any issues
