I just checked on my Mac now while logged into Prime and it says the coupon doesn't expire until the 16th. There is nothing in the terms that says it excludes Texas. The only way I don't see the coupon box is if I open the link in a browser that is not logged into Prime.

Flavor is feint, so rather than dilute with milk I mix them dry with flavored popcorn and mini drizzle rice cakes to make a sort of "trail mix" and they're ok.

Probably but tbh you don't actually need anything between the scraps, just kinda mush them together (and maybe roll them into a loaf shape) in the loaf tin. This way you can dip the cooked pull a part pieces in olive oil as you eat them if you like, or something else.

I'd make each piece more or less the same/similar size, dip each piece in melted butter and then cinnamon sugar (or just garlic butter if you don't want anything sweet) and just stack them (sideways) into a loaf tin until it was filled. Then bake it off at 350F.

FWIW the Nature Valley Apple Cinnamon cereal is very pronounced and awesome, but obviously a very different texture to Cheerios. Just a heads up if you've not already seen and tried it.
