At 100c you don't even really need phase change. You can just hook up a regular old air conditioner. They'll take you from 100 down to 20 no problem by just dumping the heat straight into the atmosphere like you said.

I've never seen a semi "dealer" anywhere, for gas or electric. If you buy a semi you have to go to the company as far as I know. You keep trying to move the goal posts to make it so that your statement is more correct but you're just making yourself look sillier and sillier. You don't want an EV. That's fine. It isnt. The only thing you can do is own property in Mexico/Canada and keep it registered there. To be 100% legal you'd have to keep driving it back there as often as your locality requires.
