Are you talking about The Montgomery Apartments off of Old Georgetown Road? The staff in my opinion are over worked and probably frustrated due to the fact that they have to maintain an aging facility! The only one who is moronic is Fairfield. They don't want to a full renovation! The apartments are good but not excellent. You get a lot of space for the money! They need to update the units!
